In normal research or engineer testing, sometime the signal from rotating objects is wanted. At that time, the traditional cable-necessary data acquisition system is not convenient or even unavailable in those testing situation. A small-size wireless date acquisition system was developed to accomplish the acquisition of signal where the common cable-necessary data acquisition system is inapplicable such as from rotating objects. This paper introduced a wireless date acquisition system which is based on digital transceiver module, and it describes the design issues and implementation of the system, especially on how to improve reliability. The application of the system in practical experiment has showed that it is satisfactory for the signal acquisition from rapidly revolving body.

In this paper, the distribution and characteristics of the Earth's magnetic field are analyzed. A approach of the turns-counting applied to proximity fuze based on the fluxgate sensor is proposed. It is deduced that the output signature of fluxgate sensor is the sine/cosine function of a projectile's rotational angle. The circuit used to process signal and a micro-stored data acquisition system are designed. The projectile's turns can be exactly gained by calculating the number of the output signal cycle. In this way, the basis for precisely controlling the point blasting for the pinning round' proximity fuze is provided.

A special storage testing system for the examination of ejection canister is designed in this paper. The compositions of the storage testing system, the choosing of the sensor, the design of the power supply and hardware as well as software are presented. Testing curves of both pop-up and pop-down ejection seat are given in the paper. And the reliability of the data acquisition system for the ejection canister testing is validated through the application.
