公司股东的治理行为与公司股权结构的类型密切相关。已有的文献存在的一个主要问题是没有在合理界定公司股权结构类型的基础上分析股东治理行为与作用。鉴于此，本文借用产业组织学中的“市场结构”的概念，结合公司股东持有股份的结构特征，对公司股权“市场结构”的类型加以界定；在此基础上，建立了一个公司股东治理行为的分析框架，并详细分析了不同股权“市场结构”下的股东治理行为；最后本文就我国上市公司应选择何种类型的股权“市场结构”问题进行了探讨。

本文主要就国内外学术界认识分歧甚大的现代公司法人所有权安排问题进行了探讨。本文对有关股东是现代公司的唯一所有者和公司有“双重所有者”的观点提出了异议，认为现代公司的所有者只有一个，即公司法人；本文认为，现代公司法人与包括股东在内的公司生产要素投资者之间的关系，是一种系统的“整体性”与其构成“因素”的关系；在上述分析基础上，作者较为详细地论述了现代公司法人所有权安排的特征、原则和框架。

Remarkable economic growth in China over the past two decades fails to reduce rural-urban income inequality. Furthermore, unbalanced development has led to a serious regional divide. These two aspects of inequality greatly undermine the quality of China's economic performance, as further growth may be impeded if inequality cannot be contained. However, the extent of rural-urban and regional divide has not been systematically studied in the literature because most available works are based either on scattered data or on a limited time period. This paper combines both convergence and inequality decomposition analyses on four economic variables: GDP, income, total expenditures and food expenditures, by use of provincial level and household level data during the period 1978-95. The results have important political and economic implications.
