摘要

韩国大宇汽车公司被美国通用汽车公司收购以及SK集团领导人崔泰源被判入狱在韩国乃至世界引起了极大的震动和激烈的争论。以这两个事件为背景，本文深入分析了韩国财阀制度的演进及其存在的问题，以及金大中政府以来的 “激进”改革。在此基础上，深刻剖析了大宇和SK集团事件的象征意义，前者代表了韩国政企风险伙伴关系的真正解体，后者则代表了财阀内部治理制度转变的真正开始。

Focusing on the evolvement of Korean economic governance systems, this paper uses the theory of comparative institutional analysis and path dependence to explains how the relation-based governance has given rise to the early success and recent failure of Korean economy, and how the reforms under the Kim Dae Jung government are changing the economic governance systems.
