以金属w粉为无机原料,采用溶胶一凝胶技术,结合浸渍镀膜方法,制备出纳米多孔WO2薄膜,研究了热处理对薄膜性能的影响采用原子力显微镜、红外光谱仪、可见光分光光度计、椭偏仪等仪器测量了薄膜的特性 实验表明:热处理使得薄膜致密,折射率增大(从l.77增加至2.03),厚度减小,WO2颗粒增大;wo3结构发生变化。桥键W-O-W吸收逐渐减弱,且向低渡数方向移动,共角W-0-W键吸收越来越强这些变化归因于 热处理导致的wq颗粒形状、团聚状态的变化以及应力键的产生。

以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为有机醇盐前驱体,采用溶胶凝胶技术,通过酸/碱二步法控制实验条件,结合三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)对腔粒表面的修饰过程,制备出结构可控的疏水型SiO2薄膜,采用椭偏仪、FTTR接触角测试仪、SEM等对薄膜的折射率、红外特性,接触角以及表面形貌等进行了测量研究结果表明,疏水型SiO,薄膜的折射率在1.33~1.18之间连续可调:SiO2胶粒表面的亲水性-OH中的H已部分被非活性-Si(CH3),基团取代:接触角由表面未修饰膜的40左右增加到表面修饰膜的120°左右。

Sol-gel process is one of the simplest techniques to manufacture thin films. The quality of the prepared films depends on the parameters of the sol-gei process and the used technique for deposition. A great variety of the sol-gel derived films have been prepared for different applications. We present a review on the sol-gel derived coatings. The description of the process is introduced in details. Different sol-gel deposition techniques are mentioned. The optical applications of the sol-gel derived coatings are reviewed.
