河流的环境生态功能包括五个方面,其中最重要的是泄洪排沙的输运功能。本文以黄河的多年实测水文资料及统计分析结果为依据,对比分析了黄河天然情况下和上游修建大型水库及电站、水量过程受到人为控制后,下游来水来沙过程的变化及对泥沙输运和河道演变的影响。结果表明黄河的累积输沙最大流量迅速减小,高含沙浓度出现的频率增加,下游河道出现人为加速萎缩。
