摘要

The new uridine-containing derivative of p-tert-butylcalix [4] arene-5,11,17,23-tet-tert-butyl-25,26,27-trihydroxyl-28-oxyuridinecalix [4]arene (CU)-was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR. 13C NMR, IR EI-MS. and ESI-MS spectra. By the ald of UV-vis spectra, the molecular recognition of CU was stuthed. The hyphromlc ef-fect in UV-vis spectra showed the obvious molecular recognition of CU to ATP. This recoenition is actually the hydro-gen bond interaction between the uracil group of CU and the base radical of ATP. The assocation constant between CU and adenine was determined b3 UV itration at low concentrations.

摘要

The molecular recognition of tetra (p-t-butyl) tetrathiocalix [4] arene (I) and its three derivatives to heavy metal ions has been investigated by UV spectroscopy and solvent extraction. These erivatives include 5, 11, 17, 23,-tetra-t-butyl-25, 26, 27, 28-tetrakis (acetylmethoxy) tetrathiocalix [4] arene (II), 5, 11, 17,23-tetra-t-butyl-25, 26, 27, 28-tetrakis (2'-hydroxypropyloxy) tetrathiocalix [4] arene (III), 5, 11, 17, 23,-tetra-t-butyl-25, 27-bis (3'-hydroxy propyloxy) tetrathiocalix [4] arene (IV). The UV spectra and solvent extraction of I show that it has an effective molecular recognition to heavy metal ions, especially to Cd2, while IV has a special molecular recognition to Agion. These results confirmed the feasibilities for I to be applied in separation for toxic heavy metal ions Pb2, Cd2 and IV to be used as the sensor compound of Ag ion-selective electrode.

摘要

The catalysis effect of water-soluble calix[4] arene C[4] (calix[4] arene-5,11,17,23-tetrasulfonate) on hydrolysis of ATP in aqueous solution was studied by HPLC. Using laser photolysis and pulse radiolysis, the supramolecular interaction between water-soluble calix [4] arene and ATP was investigated.

采用气泡式准乳化液膜法,研究了对-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃对ATP分子的液膜传输作用,讨论了源相与吸收相的组成、酸度、源相中的ATP的起始浓度及吸收相中NH3·H2O 浓度等因素对传输结果的影响;进而讨论了对-叔丁基杯[4] 芳烃对ATP的分子识别作用和液膜传输机理。

摘要

Nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of the clusters (Me.N)2[Cu4(SPh)6] (I) and (Me4N)2[Ag6(SPh)a] (II) were studied with a 7 ns pulsed liner at 532 nm. Both I and II exhibit NLO absorption and NLO refraction, which can be roughly described by third-order processes. A wide transparent window (λ=400-1000nm) was observed for both clusters, which leads to reintively large values of the figure of merit, W (=n2//(aoλ)|). The W value is 32 and 5 for I and If, respectively, at incident irredinnce of 0.3 GW cm-2. The nonlinear optical properties of the clusters were related to the extent of electron delocnlization of their HOMOs and LUMOs. Structurnl factors that may lead to optimization of linear and nonlinear optical of a material were discussed.
