论胰岛素敏感性体力活动决定律

摘要:目的:大量研究结果显示,胰岛素敏感性水平总是随着体力活动水平的变化而变化,以定律的形式将二者间的这种关系确定下来是适当的,必要的。方法:本研究使用了理论研究的方法,从已有的经验事实材料中推导出一个生物学定律"胰岛素敏感性体力活动决定律"。还将目的论与适应性作为科学方法,在人体的整体层次上,论证了定律的必然性和普遍性。结果:论证和推导得出,胰岛素敏感性的大小是由之前人体的体力活动多少决定的。给予增体力活动干预后,胰岛素敏感性就提高;在给予减体力活动干预后,胰岛素敏感性就降低。在一般人体中,二者间的这种偕同而变的关系是普遍的、绝对的。胰岛素抵抗最重要的原因是体力活动过少。为了定律的论证所需,一些新的科学概念被本文提出并给出定义,它们是"增体力活动干预(暴露)" 、"减体力活动干预(暴露)" 、"体力活动反演对称性" 、"新陈代谢平衡原理" 等,它们架起了实验结果通向理论定律的桥梁。

On the Law of the Determination of the Level of Physical Activity to Insulin Sensitivity
Abstract:Objective: A lot of research results show that the level of insulin sensitivity always changes along with the level of physical activity. Therefore, it is appropriate and necessary to confirm the relation in the form of law. Methods: The law is named as the Law of the Determination of the Level of Physical Activity to Insulin Sensitivity. The Law is derived from existing experiential fact materials by using the method of theoretical research. Furthermore, The teleology and adaptability were adopted, at a general level of human body, to demonstrate the inevitability and universality of the Law. Conclusions: It has been demonstrated and derived that the level of insulin sensitivity is determined by the level of previous physical activity. The level of insulin sensitivity goes up after receiving increased physical activity intervention. The level of insulin sensitivity goes down after receiving decreased physical activity intervention. The changing-together relation between the two things is universal and absolute for nomal human bodies. The most important reason for insulin resistance is because of pretty low level of physical activity. Some new scientific concepts those are mentioned in this thesis have been developed and defined by author, in need of demonstrating the Law. The new scientific concepts are “Increased Physical Activity Intervention (Exposure)”, “ Decreased Physical Activity Intervention (Exposure)”, “Reversal Symmetry of Physical Activity”, and “the Principle of Metabolic Balance” etc. Those concepts erect a bridge that links experimental results to theoretical Laws.
