摘要:干扰素调节因子1(interferon regulatory factor 1,IRF1)是干扰素家族(IRFs)的一员。在多种器官组织中广泛表达。该基因编码的蛋白质有转录调节、肿瘤抑制等多种生物功能。作为转录调节因子,在细胞增殖、分化、生长、凋亡、免疫应答中发挥重要作用。作为肿瘤抑制因子,既能直接抑制肿瘤细胞生长,又能通过免疫应答间接抑制肿瘤细胞。本文论述了人类IRF1的结构、分布、部分生物功能,主要涉及的信号通路及临床意义,为IRF1的进一步研究提供参考。

Progress in human IRF1 research
Abstract:Widely expressed in a variety of organ and tissues, interferon regulatory factor 1 (IRF1) is a member of the interferon family (IRFs). The protein encoded by this gene has various biological functions such as transcriptional regulation and tumor suppression. As a transcription factor, it plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation, growth, apoptosis and immune response. As a tumor inhibition factor, it can directly inhibit tumor cell growth and stimulate immune response to tumor cells. This article reviews the structure, distribution, part of the biological functions of human IRF1, related signaling pathway and clinical significance, serving as a reference for further research Progress in human IRF1 researchof IRF1.
