Taxachitrienes A and B，Two New Bicyclic Taxane Diterpenoids from Taxus chinensis

Two Hew bicyclic taxane diterpenoids. taxaehitrienes A(11 and B (21. were isolatedpom the needles of Taxus chinensis. Their structure were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. The crystal structure of 2 was also presented. It is the fist timefor the isolation ofbicych'c diterpenoid which isproposed as the biogeneticprecursorfor taxanes.
