段宏泉教授,1988~1993在天津市医药科学研究所,1994~1997在日本国立德岛大学药学硕士课程毕业(硕士学位),1997~2000在日本国立德岛大学药学博士课程毕业(博士学位),2000~2001在日本国立德岛大学药学部博士研究员,2001~2003,天津大学药物科学与技术学院教授、博导、系副主任,2003~至今,天津医科大学药学院科研副院长,教授,博士生导师。在日本学习和工作8年,获日本国立德岛大学药学硕士,博士学位,并留校作为德岛大学博士研究员继续进行研究工作。在日本学习和工作期间,主要研究了雷公藤属植物以及藏药雪莲花、民族药物、乌兹别克斯坦和哥伦比亚的十几种中药和天然药物,分离并鉴定了350种以上的天然有机化学成分,并做了相关药理活性研究,在抗炎免疫抑制、抗艾滋病毒和抗癌天然先导化合物研究方面,取得了突出的业绩。合作完成了日本大塚制药公司与日本德岛大学药学部的合作开发项目—天然产物由来的抗类风湿性关节炎药物研究项目。这个研究成果刊登在日本全国性报纸—日刊工业新闻上(2002年1月22日)。随后被朝日新闻、德岛新闻转载。在国内工作的几年间,不仅研究了多种云南等地区民族药物的有效化学成分,而且着重开展了现代中药质量控制研究方面的工作,在中药饮片质量标准的提升、中药雷公藤的分析研究、特别是针对色谱指纹图谱进行了深入研究、发表了15篇研究论文,申请了两项专利。近几年共在国内外杂志上发表了50余篇相关的学术论文。(SCI收录26篇,引用达199次,其中他人引用154次,影响因子合计37.6) 荣誉: 2002年度评为天津大学教书育人优秀教师; 2003年底入选教育部优秀青年教师资助计划; 2004年评为天津市特聘教授; 2005年评为天津医科大学优秀教师。

Four new limonoid derivatives, l-O-methylichangensin (I), sudachinoid A (2), B (3), and C (4) were isolated from the seeds of Citrus sudachi, together with the known compounds ichangensin, obacunone, obacunoic acid and limonin, and the structures of the new compounds were elucidated based on spectroscopic and chemical evidence.

Esters of three new (hyponines A-C) and four known sesquiterpene polyalcohol esters have been isolated from the root bark of Tripterygium hypoglaucum. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated at 7-(acetyloxy)-OS-furanoyl-OS-deacetyl-7-deoxo-evonine, 7-(acetyloxy)-O11-furanoyl-O11-deacetyl-7-deoxo-evonine and 7-(acetyloxy)-O11-benzoyl-O11-deacetyl-7-deoxo-evonine by spectroscopic means. This structural elucidation indicated that the structure of the known compound should be reversed.

The methanol extract of dried root outer bark of Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Levl.) Hutch afforded five new triterpenes: 2,3-seco-2,24-epoxy-D:A-friedoolenane-2, 24-olide-29-oic acid named celastolide, 2,23-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-6-oxo-l,3,5(10), 8-tetraene-24-nor-D:A-friedoolenane-29-oic acid, 2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-6-oxo-l,3,5(10), 8-tetraene-24-nor-D:A-friedoolenane-29-oic acid, 2,3-dihydroxy-l,3,5(10), 8-tetraene-24-nor-D: A-friedoolenane-29-oic acid and 3fl, 11 e-dihydroxy- 13(18)-ene-oleanane named triptohypol A, B and C and hypodiol, and two new diterpenes: 3/3,14,19-trihydroxy-abieta-8,11,13-triene and 7-oxo-I 1,13-dihydroxy- 19(4-3)-abeo-abieta-3,8,11,13-tetraene-19,18-olide named triptobenzene J and K. and 18 known compounds. Their structures were established on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic studies.

Two new sesquiterpene polyol esters (triptonine A and B) with alkaloid and monoterpene were isolated from Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Levi.) Hutch. Five new sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloids [triptonines A (1) and B (2), and wilfordinines A (3), B (4), and C (5)] and two known compounds (peritassine A and hypoglaunine C) were isolated from Tripterygium hypoglaucum and a clinically used extract of Tripterygium wilfordii. The structures of 1-5 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. The anti-HIV activity of 1, 2, and several related compounds was evaluated.
