陈业高,男,1965年生,教授,硕士生导师。研究方向为药用植物活性成分提取、分离、纯化、结构鉴定、结构改造和活性研究。1984年毕业于湖北师范学院化学系,获学士学位;1987年毕业于云南大学化学系有机合成专业,获硕士学位;1987年至1995年在昆明医学院工作,从事天然药物化学研究与教学;1998年毕业于中国科学院上海药物研究所有机化学专业,获博士学位,研究方向为天然产物化学;1998年7月至1999年7月在美国弗吉尼亚大学化学系著名有机化学家S M Hecht教授课题组做博士后,进行植物和海洋生物中DNA作用活性成分的研究。1999年7月回国,经云南省人事厅引进,到云南师范大学化学化工学院工作,从事有机化学研究与教学,任讲师(1999.9-2000.8),副教授(2000.9-2001.8,破格晋升)、教授(2001.9起,破格晋升)。现为云南省高等学校教学科研学科带头人、云南师范大学中青年学科带头人,云南英茂生物技术实验室药物室首席研究员。2003年入选教育部优秀青年教师资助计划和云南省技术创新人才。2004年10月至2005年1月应邀赴美国阿拉巴马大学亨茨维尔分校化学系进行药用植物活性成分合作研究,进行药用植物提取物中活性成分的跟踪分离工作。现在研主持教育部科研项目一项、云南省科技厅项目两项和省教育厅项目一项,曾主持国家自然科学基金项目一项、教育部留学回国人员基金项目一项,云南省科技厅项目一项、云南省教育厅科研项目三项,云南省卫生厅科研项目一项,参加国家自然科学基金项目一项,云南省科委重大项目一项。迄今获厅级以上科研成果奖两项,国家专利一项。主编著作一部(《植物化学成分》,化学工业出版社,2004年),并在《Journal of Natural Products》、《Phytochemistry》、《Helv Chim Acta》、《Fitoterapia》、《Journal of Asian Natural Products》、《Chinese Chemical Letters》和《Chinese Journal of Chemistry》等期刊上发表学术论文81篇, 其中第一作者或通讯联系人60篇,SCI收录16篇。

A new dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan named angustifolin D (1) together with four known lignans: kadsulignan L (2), kadsulignan N (3), schisantherin P (4) and meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (5) were isolated from the stems of Kadsura angustifolia. Their structures and stereochemistries were elucidated by spectral studies. Compounds 2 and 5 showed moderate platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonistic activities with IC50 values of 2.6

A considerable number of studies have been performed on plants of the Valeriana genus in the family of Valerianaceae. These investigations have yielded iriodoids, sesquiterpenoids, lignans, and alkaloids with pharmacological properties, including sedative, cytotoxic, antitumor, antionxidant, and vasorelaxant activities [1-5]. Valeriana jatamansi JONES, an annual herd distributed in the southwestern area of the people's Republic of China, was known in Chinese folk medicine to have tranquilizing hypnotic and antiviralactivities [6-8]. Previous chemical investigation of V. jatamansi revealed the presence of iriodoids, sesquiterpenoids, and an essential oil [2] [6] [8]. Further investigation of the roots of this plant led now to the isolation of two new iridoid triesters, valeriotriates A (1) and B (2). It is noteworthy that few naturally occurring 6-hydroxy-substituted iridoids were foud in the plants of the genus Valeriana. We herein report the isolation and characterization of 1 and 2.

The lignans, gomisin G (1), schisantherin A (2), benzoylgomisin Q (3) and isoanwulignan (4) were isolated from the stems of Schisandra henryi. Compound 1 showed moderate DNA strand scission activity and significant cytotoxic effect on leukemia and Hela cells in vitro. Compound 1 represents a new type of DNA strand scission agent.

Eight dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans were isolated from the stems of Schisandra propinqua (Wall.) Hook. f. et Thoms. Their structures were elucidated as acetylgomisin R (1), angeloylgom isin R (2), gomisins A (3), B (4), N (5) and O (6), 6-O-benzoylgomosin O (7) and schisantherin A (8) by spec-tral studies. Amongthem, compound 1 was a new one, compound 2 was discovered in the genus Schisan-dra for the first time and the otherswere originally isolated from Schisandra propinqua.

The 18-(13→12β)-abeo-lanostene triterpenoid acid, ananosic acid A (1), and the dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan, ananosin A (2), were isolated from the stem bark of Kadsura ananosma. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectral studies and the structure of 1 was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.

Two new 18(13→12)-abeo-lanostane triterpenoid acids, ananosic acids B (1) and C (2), were isolated from the stems of Kadsura anaosma. Their structures were elucidated by spectral studies and chemical transformation. Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for cytotoxicity using CCRF-CEM leukemia cells and HeLa cells.
