The extract (TII) of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f. afforded four triterpenoids: wilforic acid D (3b,24-epoxy-2a-hydroxy-24R*-ethoxy-29-friedelanoic acid); (E) 3b,24-epoxy-2-oxo-3a-hydroxy-29-friedelanoic acid; (F) 2b-hydroxy-3-oxo-friedelan-29-oic acid; 29-hydroxy-3-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid and 17 known triterpenoids. 摘要

The methanol extract of the dried stems of Celastrus stehanotifolius afforded two new triterpenes: lup-20(29)en-28-al-3b-yl caffeate (betulinaldehyde-3b-yl-caffeate) and olean-28-al-3b-yl caffeate, two new diterpenes: celaphanol A and celaphanol B, three known triterpenes: lup-20(29)en-28-ol-3b-yl caffeate (betulin-3b-yl-caffeate), lup-20(29)en-28-oic-3b-yl caffeate (betulinic acid-3b-yl-caffeate) and olean-3b-yl-caffeate, and one known diterpene: nimbidiol. 摘要

The extract (TII) of Tripterygium wilfordiiHook f. afforded four sesquiterpene esters: 1β, 2β,5a, 8β,11-pentaacetoxy-4a-hydroxy-3a(2'-methylbutanoyl)-15-nicotinoyl-7-oxo-dihydroagarofuran; 1β,5a,11-triacetoxy-7β-benzoyl-4a-hydroxy-8+-nicotinoyl-dihydroagarofuran;1β,2β,5a,11-tetraacetoxy-8a-benzoyl-4a-hydroxy-7β-nicotinoyl-dihydroagarofuran; 5a-benzoyl-4a-hydroxy-1β,8a -dinicotinoyl-dihydro-agarofuran as well as one other known sesquiterpene ester. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic studies.
