In this paper fuzzy ocmprehensive evaluation model of highway network is built up based on highway network reconstructing, At present, research on service level of highway network still focuses on analysis of transportation, Taking into account the characteristics of highway network in West China, this model builds up index system in adaptability of resisting disaster, Pavement condition and transportation and ests up subordinate function of parabola with power of k, In a ddition, applicaitons are exploited wit hD elphi based on the model and tested in Enshi, a region of Hubei province, The result shows that this model can be applied to some purpose.
