摘要

In this paper, investigation of photo-electric conductivity of polysulfone (PES) doped with phthalocyanine dye by low energyion beam bombardment is presented. Improvement of photo-electric conductivity of PES doped with the dye after ion beam bombardment has been observed. It is found that electricconductivity of PES is increased through doping phthalocyanine dye with the dopant concentration and using ion beam bombardment. Photo-electric conductivity of the doped PES is induced with ion implantation.

摘要

A series of poly (heteroarylene methines) containing one pyrrole or thiophene ring alternating with a carbon atom in the main chain were synthesized. The resonant third-order optical nonlinearity at 532nm was studied by using degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM) techique. The resonant secondorder hyperpolarizabilitiesγ and third2order nonlinear optical susceptibility χ(3) were up to 10-30esu and 1028esu respectively. Poly {pyrrole2[ 2,52diyl (p2N,N2dimethlamino) benzylidene]} (PPDMAB) was chosen to be further studied mainly due to its good solubility and filmforming performance. Time2resolved Optical Kerr effect (OKE) of PPDMAB was investigated with femtosecond laser pulses at 790 nm. Only an ultrafast component of OKE of PPDMAB was observed and its dephasing time was 84.7 fs, which is attributed toπelectron-cloud distortion occurring upon the non-resonant excitation. The off-resonant second-order hyperpolarizabilitiesγ and third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility χ(3) of PPDMAB were also determined by transient OKE. The results show that PPDMAB exhibit large off2resonant nonlinearities γ as large as γ=5.78×10-32esu, for each structural units and χ(3) as large as χ(3)=1.26×10-10esu for the material have been obtained.

摘要

提出了用一种新的有机物2聚合物复合体薄膜制备受体2给体聚合物光伏电池的思路,用于克服由于激子或极化子扩散范围短而熄灭造成的电荷分离与传输效率低的缺陷。在采用对称N,N’2二苯并咪唑23,4,9,102四羧酸二亚酰胺和聚(2,52二十五烷氧基2对2苯撑乙烯)(ROPPV)为原材料制备成复合体薄膜,对其电学、光学及用其制作的光伏电池的性能进行了讨论。结果显示了导电聚合物2有机物复合体可代表一类新的有机半导体材料用于制造光伏电池。

摘要

聚苯胺材料进行染料接枝改性,将其用作异质结光伏电池的p型材料,制作出结构为导电玻璃酞菁铜接枝聚苯胺(p型)(n型)Al)简写为ITOCuPc2G2PA n (p型)(n型)A1)的有机p2n异质结光伏电池。该电池在3712W m 2的碘钨灯照射下,开路电压Voc=802mV,短路电流Isc=41LAcm2,填充因子FF=58,能量转换效率大约为0151,它比聚苯胺及肖特基电池大得多。通过测量其电流电压J-V 和电容-电压C-V特性,研究了其光伏效应及电学性能。J-V特性表明,二极管的曲线因子约为613,比1大得多;C-V特性表明,在CuPc2G2PAn界面处的耗尽层约为231nm,从pn层的光吸收谱可知,光激活层在CuPc2G2PAn界面处,它们分别与ITO及铝形成欧姆接触。对在暗场及光照下电荷传输机理作了较详细的分析。

【期刊论文】自由体积理论在离子注入聚对苯膜导电机理研究中的应用*

摘要

采用离子注入掺杂技术,研究了聚对苯(PPP)薄膜的离子束效应。当20~70kev的Ar+和N+注入后,聚对苯薄膜的电导率随着剂量的增加而迅速增加。当剂量为1×1017ions cm2时,电阻率下降7个数量级。FT2R光谱图显示了Ar+注入使聚对苯分子链部分c-c和c-H的R键断裂,从而改善了它的导电性能。通过超高阻测试仪研究了聚对苯薄膜表面电导率与温度的关系,从高分子自由体积理论的角度对离子注入聚对苯薄膜离子注入导电机理进行了研究。
