以β'-CuZn 相为例分析了轧制应力作用下B2结构金属发生机械孪生的基本过程,并从力学和晶体结构的稳定性两个方面论证了B2结构金属的逆向机械孪生行为。结果表明,逆向孪生能保持B2结构不变,且在多晶轧制变形条件下的应变阻力最小。

The precipitation behavior of a high purity Fe-1.03 wt. %Cu alloy during ageing at 650 C has been investigated bytransmission electron microscopy. The microstructure andthe corresponding diffraction patterns of the {100}*,{110}* and {111}* reciprocal planes were analyzed. A metastablephase with a B2-like structure was observed, whichis quite different from the equilibrium copper phase shownin the Fe -Cu phase diagram. The formation mechanism ofthe B2-like structure is deduced based on the energeticpoint of view.

出了一种考虑反应应力的体心立方金属塑性变形模型,计算了位错开动所造成的切应变及可能会引发的反应应力,并使之影响到后续的位错开动过程。在{110}和{112}两类滑移面上的临界切应力比为0.95,第2位错与第1位错取向因子差小于5%,第2位错也同时开动的条件下计算了体心立方金属冷轧80%时的变形织构。结果表明,所计算的织构比以往其他计算模型更接近冷轧80%无间隙原子钢板的实际织构。分析认为,该模型可以兼顾多晶体塑性变形时应变与应力的连续性,因而更接近于体心立方金属变形的真实晶体学过程。

The influence of discrete texture components and combinations of them on the earing behavior of aluminium during cup drawingwas systematically investigated using the texture component crystal plasticity finite element method. Several common texturecomponents and their combinations were selected and the resulting ear profiles were calculated under consideration of texturechanges. The spherical scatter width of the components was also taken into account as an optimization parameter. The study revealsthat the ear height and profile can be minimized by an optimized combination of certain texture components including their scatterwidth.
