摘要

Cyclic voltammetry and chronopotentiometric and chronoamperometric curves were used to study the electroreduction of Lu3+ in a LiCl +DMSO system. The electrode process of Lu3+ reduced on a Pt electrode occurs in one step: Lu3++3e-Lu. The transfer coefficient and diffusion coefficient of Lu3+ in the 0.1mol dm3 LuCl3+0.1 mol dm3 LiCl+DMSO system were calculated as 0.141 and 2.86

摘要

The electrodeposition of Lu+/Ni alloy thin films from Lu(Ⅲ) and Ni(Ⅱ) solutions was studied in a nonaqueous dimethysulfoxide (DMSO). Different substrates have been used (platinum and copper), and the effect of them on the electrochemical behavior of the studied ions is shown. The obtained Lu+/Ni alloy thin films were subjected to scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). The lutetium content in Lu-/Ni alloy thin films increases as the potential was made more cathodic, reaching a maximum value of 28.77 at.%, and then decreases. The films were amorphous. After heat treatment of crystallization at 520℃ for 1 h, the alloy phase of Lu+/Ni can be found in XRD patterns.

摘要

Deposition of Yb Bi thin films was carried out from a nonaqueous solution by using cyclic electrodepositon. During electrodeposition the substrate potential was continuously cycled between two potentials. The effects of several factors including the potential of deposition, time of deposition and sweep rate on the Yb content in the thin films and surface morphology were studied. Experimental results indicate that the amorphous Yb Bi thin films containing Yb 2104%~36.36 % (mass fraction) can be prepared in 0.10mol•L-1 YbCl3+0.10mol•L-1Bi (NO3) 3+0.10mol•L-1LiCl+DM2SO by controlling deposition conditions of the system. They are black, uniform, metallic luster and adhered firmly to the copper substrates. The films were characterized by X ray energy dispersive analysis (EDS), scanning electron microcoscope (SEM) and X ray diffraction (XRD).
