以木材为原料,采用室温相分离方法制得了可回收利用的生物高分子材料木素酚,研究了木素酚对纤维素酶和木瓜蛋白酶的吸附和解吸特性,结果表明,木素酚对这两种酶均有较强的亲和力,且可以通过改变溶剂使之解吸分离,木素酚能方便地回收再利用,有望成为功能性生物高分子材料。

In order to establish fl new method for making cellulose and lignin from Masson pine,fl high boiling solvent(HBS)pulping process with an aqueous solvent of 1,4-butanediol was investigated.Masson pine chips were pulped with fl 70%-90% aqueous solution of 1,4-butanediol containing fl small amount of fl catalyst at 200- 220 ℃ for 6O一18O min.HBS M a~son pine cellulose is suitable for m aking paper. ater-insoluble HBS lignin was separated from the liquor reaction mixture by water precipitation.The recovered high boiling solvent(RHBS)is able to be recycled as fl pulping solvent,indicating that the HBS method is fl pulping process of M asson pine which is energy saving,resources saving and pollution free.HBS lignin has fl better chemical reactivity and fl lower ash content than lignin sulfonate.
