本文通过681例慢性肾衰患者正虚证候分布特点调查分析，结果显示慢性肾衰正虚方面基本病机是脾肾亏虚。代偿期、失代偿期及衰竭期以气阴两虚为主，尿毒症期主要是脾肾阳虚和阴阳两虚。脾肾气虚和肝肾阴虚在病程中呈阶段性病变。提示慢性肾衰病程较长，不同阶段正虚证候分布特点具有差异性，正确把握其主要病机及不同时期的病证变化，对辨病辨证施治均有重要意义。

摘要

CD40-CD40 ligand (CD40L) interactions play a role in macrophage/monocyte mediated inflammatory processes by upregulating cytokine production by macrophages/monocyte and promoting their rescue from death at sites of inflammation. The present study investigated the possible regulation of CD40L expression in peritonitis during CAPD. CD40L expression on macrophages from peritoneal dialysate was detected by FACS analysis.
