摘要

The ethyl acetate-soluble fraction from a methanol extract of Ferula foetida has afforded six new sulfide derivatives, (E)-3-methylsulfinyl-2-propenyl sec-butyl disulfide (foetisulfide A) (1), (Z)-3-methylsulfinyloxy-2-propenyl sec-butyl disulfide (foetisulfide B) (2), (E)-3-methylsulfinyloxy-2-propenyl sec-butyl disulfide (foetisulfide C) (3), bis(3-methylthio-2E-propenyl) disulfide (foetisulfide D) (4), 3,4,5-trimethyl-2-thiophenecarboxylic acid (foetithiophene A) (5), 3,4,5-trimethyl-2-(methylsulfinyloxymethyl)thiophene (foetithiophene B) (6), along with six known compounds. The structures of 1-6 were established on the basis of spectroscopic studies, with the elucidation of 5 confirmed by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.

摘要

Two new diterpenes, named sibiriquinone A (1) and B (2), along with four known diterpenes have been isolated from the aerial part of Veronicastrum sibiricum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroseopy. The isolated compounds showed significant immunosuppressive activities.

Five new sesquiterpenes, 1β-furanoyl-2β, 3a, 7a, 8β, 11-pentaacetoxy-4a, a-dihydroxy-dihydroagarofuran (1), 1β, 2β, 3a, 5a, 7β, 8β, 11-heptaacctoxy-dihydroagarofuran (2), 1β-furanoyl-2β,3a, 7a, 8β, 11-pentaacetoxy-5a-hydroxy-dihydroagarofuran (3), 1β, 7β, 8a-triacctoxy-2fl-furanoyl-4a-hydroxy-11-isobutyryloxy-dihydroagarofu-ran (4), and 1β-nicotinoyl-2β, 5a, 7β-triacetoxy-4a-hydroxy-11-isobutyryloxy-8a-furanoyl-dihydroagarofuran (5), were isolated from the xylem of Tripterygium wilfordii, together with a known compound (6). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies. Compounds 2-5 showed significant immunosuppressive activities.

摘要

The methanol extract of the dried stems of Celastrus stehanotifolius afforded two new triterpenes: lup-20(29)en-28-al-3b-yl caffeate (betulinaldehyde-3b-yl-caffeate) and olean-28-al-3b-yl caffeate, two new diterpenes: celaphanol A and celaphanol B, three known triterpenes: lup-20(29)en-28-ol-3b-yl caffeate (betulin-3b-yl-caffeate), lup-20(29)en-28-oic-3b-yl caffeate (betulinic acid-3b-yl-caffeate) and olean-3b-yl-caffeate, and one known diterpene: nimbidiol. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
