A novel core-shell gold colloid-silk fibroin (SF) bioconjugate was prepared by the protein in situ redox technique at room temperature, in which the tyrosine (Tyr) residue of the SF, having strong electron donating properties, in situ reduced Au(III) ions to Au colloids showing a stable and highly monodispersed nature.

Two soluble phthalocyanines, cobalt(II)- and iron(III)-octacarboxyphthalocyanines have been examined as catalysts for the oxidation of methanethiol and hydrogen sulphide. Under similar conditions, the cobalt phthalocyanine exhibited higher catalytic activity than the iron compound. On the other hand it was found that when the two catalysts were employed together in equal molar quantities a synergistic effect was observed. For its practical application to the removal of odours caused by methanethiol and hydrogen sulphide, the two metallophthalocyanines were used to dye viscose fibre, pretreated with a cationic agent producing a novel air-purifying material. The dyed fabric was highly effective at eliminating odours caused by these two compounds.

用蚕丝、粘胶纤维素、聚乙烯醇纤维在铜氨溶液中的多相配位取代反应制备了铜(Ⅱ)络合纤维。用电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱等研究了铜(Ⅱ)络合纤维的配位结构。对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌实验表明:铜(Ⅱ)络合纤维的配位结构越不稳定抗菌性越强,但耐洗性将会下降。在此基础上设计了配位结构稳定性适中的柠檬酸修饰纤维素铜(Ⅱ)络合纤维。

采用丁二酸酐、顺丁烯二酸酐对四氨基钴酞菁进行改性后制得两种新型水溶性钴酞菁衍生物,测试了这两种改性钴酞菁对巯基乙醇的催化氧化性能,并考察了溶液pH值、温度和时间对催化氧化活性的影响,结果表明,在pH=11时,两种改性钴酞菁对巯基乙醇的催化氧化性能最好;随着温度的升高,催化氧化性能提高。

以环氧氯丙烷作为化学修饰剂,在碱性介质中将β-环糊精接枝到粘胶纤维上,合成了接枝β-环糊精的功能性纤维素纤维,接枝β-环糊精纤维上β-环糊精的含量为7.8%。研究了接枝β-环糊精的纤维素纤维对模拟水样中无机重金属离子的富集性能,考察了温度、浓度、PH值对富集性能的影响。实验结果表明,接枝β-环糊精的纤维素纤维对无机重金属离子(Cu2+、Pd2+、Cd2+)富集效果良好,其富集容量分别达到0.25mmol/g、0.30mmol/g,Cu2+、Pb2+、Cd2+与β-环糊精富集摩尔比分别为2.9: 1、4.3: 1.
