摘要

本文根据海洋辐射传递的变换模型确定海水光学传递函数与海中自然光场辐亮度分布的关系，分析了海中辐射场角频率谱变化。提出一种新的估算海中辐射场分布和测定海水光学传递函数的方法。这种方法完全适用于大气。

摘要

海水水体的点扩展函数（PSF）及光学传递函数（OTF）描述了海水中光或图像传输的性质，是研究海水光学性质及水下图像系统的基本参数。探讨了用图像传输的理论测量海水点扩展函数或光学传递函数的方法，在实验室中建立了一套测量和计算系统；对不同长度的散射水体进行了测量，得到了一维和二维的海水点扩展函数曲线，测量结果与理论分析相符合。

摘要

A mobile incoherent Doppler lidar system has been experimentally demonstrated to be able to transmit reliable single frequency operation laser pulse, even after truck transit and in very high vibration environments. The linewidth of the injection-seeded pulse Nd:YAG laser can be measured by means of an 12 molecular filter. And, lidar validation experiments demonstrated the feasibility and capability of measuring wind field by the Mie-Rayleigh Doppler wind lidar. The uncertainty of measured wind speed is 0.985m/s in the altitude range from 2 to 4km.
