研究出一种殿面驱动用旋转作动器。利用逆滚动螺旋机构将油缸的直线运动直接转换为旋转运动。研究表明,这种新作动器与现有作动器比较,具有输出矩大,直径小,重量轻,标准化通用化的优点。

本文提出一种利用滚动螺旋液压缸的直线运动直线转换成舵叶转动的机构,这种机构的优点是推舵装置和动力传动装置均布置在上舵杆内,最大限度地节省了空间。本文对执行机构的传动原理、结构进行了介绍,并驿设计计算中的薄弱环节-滚珠与滚道的高副接触进行了详尽的分析。

In this papers, a new type of Magnetorheological Fluids continuously variable transmission (MRFCVT) with V-shape working gap and Self-pressurized structure was given, introduced the work principle and structure, also deduced the dynamical equation and Self- pressurized formula of MRFCVT, did some simulative caculation about virtual prototype in two-dimension static magnetic field using finit element method, an explicit conclusion was drawn that this new type of MRFCVT which was reinforced by the self-pressurized structure can be applied in power transmission domain.MRF, Self-pressurized, Simulation, CVT

The design of a novel transmission for reduction is reported in this paper. The transmission is based on the layout of triangle mechanisms, for it is intended to reduce speed. Two course of the reduction, that we term Rotating-Straight-Rotating (R-S-R), are described here, namely, first rotation movement is transformed to straight movement and then straight movement is transformed to rotating movement again though two triangle screw structure. The reducer can be applied to the purpose of the large-scale reducing speed.
