According to the available data and field rescarch, based on the diwa thcory, the autbors have studied the geotcclonic evolution history and the associated inerlizaton in the Victoria area,It has been shown that this area is in fact a part of the Lachlan diwa region, The Victoria area can be divided into geodome fauit-fold zone and subsidence zone.The former can be subdivided into three zones. From west to east. Which are western uplift zone central depression zone and castern uplift zone. From west to east. Which are western uplift zone. Central depression zone and eastern ulift zone. The evolution history of the Victoria area be divided into four stages-Pregosyn cline.geosyncline. Plateform and diwa. Each stage has distinct sedimentary magmatic and strue-tural features. Of the four stages, diwa stage is the most important for minerlization. Diwa stage started in the Devonisn. During the development of diwa.a number of granites. Which are charac-terized by high SiO2 and Na: O+K2O2, were formed. The granites were abundance with mineral-forming material On the other hand. Diwa geoteetonism reformed and enrieched the geosynelinal or platform ore deposits. Therefore, most of the ore deposits that occurred in the Victoria area are, more or less, related with diwa tectonism

There are lots of good depsits occurred in jiaobei Through studying the distribution of gold element in strata and grantes, and the relationship between gold deposits and geotectonic evolution history ete., it has been shown that the gold deposits, which were formed in diwa stage, have two sourees of ore-forming material.One is mante source, the other is crustal source.

桂西铝土矿有原生沉积型和堆积型两种矿床类型,它们关系密切。对铝土矿及其围岩系统取样,进行稀土元素分析。结果表明,原生铝土矿的成矿母岩主要为下二叠统茅口灰岩,其次有少量古陆风化物的加入原生铝土矿形成于海相的沉积环境堆积型铝土矿由原生沉积型铝土矿风化淋滤而成。
