摘要

X-Ray fluorescence spectrometry is applied to the determination of trace elements in fruit juice characterized by a high content of sugar and other soluble solid substances. Samples are prepared by evaporation, carbonization and pressing into discs. The synthesis of standards is described in detail. All element concentrations are directly estimated from linear calibration curves obtained without any matrix correction. The results of the analysis are in good agreement with those given by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry techniques.

摘要

The non-linear relation between absorption coefficients and continuous scattered intensity is fitted by a quadratic equation for a wide range of matrix absorption. Both theoretical and experimental results support this prediction. In consequence, a more suitable absorption correction method compared with the traditional scattered internal technique is recommended for matrix absorption correction in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.

摘要

The domain structure and switching behaviors of La3+-doped strontium bismuth tantalite (SBT) thin films on (111) Pt were investigated with vertical piezoresponse mode scanning force microscopy. The switching behaviors were found to be dramatically influenced by the crystal and domain structure. After polarizing by an external electrical field, the reversed domain displayed an expanding in the size in the absence of the external field. The substitution of La3+ for Bi3+ created a high compressive stress in the lattice, and the small orthorhombic distortion causes an easier 908 switching than that of non-doped SBT. Based on these analyses, it could be drawn that the expanding of domain size after lift-off of external field attributed to the 908 domain switching in the La3+-doped SBT thin films.

报道了日本理学3080E3型X-射线荧光光谱仪在测定甜瓜样品常量和微量矿质元素中的应用。以国家植物标准参考物质为校准标样,采用真空加热干燥法制备甜瓜样品,所得分析结果与王芝对照相吻合。
