摘要

本文根据测量的统计误差理论，对名分析中不同背景和荃体校正方式下的检出限逐一进行讨论并导出了相应的计算公式所得结论可作为选择微金元素分析的背景和丛体校正方法以及拟定最佳实脸条件以获得最低检出限的理论依据。

【期刊论文】粗大晶粒PZT陶瓷中电畴的结构

摘要

应用扫描力显微镜（SFM）的压电响应模式观测未经抛光处理的PZT陶瓷片的电畴结构，用纵向压电响应信号和侧向压电响应信号获得PZT陶瓷材料三维电畴结构。结果表明，将样品晶粒的徽形貌与SFM的纵向和倔向压电响应信号相结合，能准确表征粗大晶粒样品的三维电畴结构。用SFM可观测表面不经任何处理的陶瓷样品的电畴，不会引入表面应力等影响因素，能得到样品的原生畴结构。对原生辟结构的观察表明，对于受应力较大的品粒，成畴的主要原因是降低应变能，而受应力较小的晶粒成畴的主要原因是降低退极化能。

摘要

根据行波管用的关键材料2钨铼合金中高含量铼测定的需求，研究了用X射线荧光（XRF）光谱法测定铼时所存在的基体效应、谱线重叠和背景干扰的影响，从理论上解释了XRF二元比例法校正曲线线性差的原因。理论和实验结果均表明:直接用ReLα分析线强度绘制的校正曲线比二元比例法可以获得更好的线性。本法具有快速准确的特点，分析结果与化学方法一致，在生产控制中应用效果显著。

摘要

The domain structure and switching behaviors of La3+-doped strontium bismuth tantalite (SBT) thin films on (111) Pt were investigated with vertical piezoresponse mode scanning force microscopy. The switching behaviors were found to be dramatically influenced by the crystal and domain structure. After polarizing by an external electrical field, the reversed domain displayed an expanding in the size in the absence of the external field. The substitution of La3+ for Bi3+ created a high compressive stress in the lattice, and the small orthorhombic distortion causes an easier 908 switching than that of non-doped SBT. Based on these analyses, it could be drawn that the expanding of domain size after lift-off of external field attributed to the 908 domain switching in the La3+-doped SBT thin films.

摘要

The non-linear relation between absorption coefficients and continuous scattered intensity is fitted by a quadratic equation for a wide range of matrix absorption. Both theoretical and experimental results support this prediction. In consequence, a more suitable absorption correction method compared with the traditional scattered internal technique is recommended for matrix absorption correction in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
