摘要

采用MIM(金属注射成形)标准拉伸试样模具,研究注射过程主要工艺参数即注射温度、注射压力、模具温度对注射过程缺陷的影响, 获得了最佳注射工艺参数。对欠注、断裂、中心通孔等几种缺陷的形成机制作了分析,并提出了MIM成形范围图的概念。

摘要

研究了粘结剂配方、粉末装载量、喂料热力学性质、注射成形工艺等多个因素对金属注射成形17-PH不锈钢脱脂保形性的影响。结果表明具有较高热分解温度、较低熔解热的HDPE作为第2组元的蜡基粘结剂,具有比采用EVA为第2组元的粘结剂更好的保形性能。试样变形率随着粉末装载量、注射压力、注射温度的增加而下降,而且存在一最佳的工艺条件,包括粉末装载量、注射压力、注射温度,此时试样最不容易变形,试样变形比例最小。

摘要

The fundamental rheological properties of metal injection molding (MIM) feedstock and binder are theoretically analysized. The viscosity of MIM binder and feedstock at different temperature and at different shear rate was measured and evaluated. The results indicated that MIM binder and feedstockpossess pseudoplastic rheological behavior. The Fe-Ni MIM feedstock prepared has the lower value of flow activation energy and the higher value of strain sensitivity exponent . Its injection and filling properties are good.

摘要

The evolution of the microstructure and the dimension of as-molded parts were studied on the basis of the thermogravimetric analysis of wax-based MIM binder. The results show that the binder removal speeds are different in different temperature ranges during binder removal process. The evolution of the microstructure of as-molded parts during binder removal process clearly showed the initiation and formation of connected pore structure , which is the removal chan-nel of the binder. The as-molded parts almost continuously shrank through binder removal process, except an expansion stage during 320~440℃, which is the dissolution expansion effect due to the dissolution of VPW in the polymer melt.

摘要

The rheological and shape retention properties of wax2based binders with different polymer components were studied. The effects of different polymer components on rheological, shape retention and me-chanical properties, and isotropic dimension shrinkage were investigated. The feedstock based on the PW-PP binder can not be used for injection molding due to severe separation of the binder from metal powder. The general rhelogical properties of the Fe-2Ni feedstock based on the PW-EVA binder were superior to that of the Fe-2Ni feedstock based on the PW-HDPE binder, while the shape retention properties of the PW-HDPE binder were superior to that of the PW-EVA binder. By the combination of EVA and HDPE as multi-polymer components, the PW-EVA-HDPE binder should have the best rheological and shape retention properties. The shrinkage homogeneity and mechanical properties of the feedstock based on this binder were also the best.
