The rolling treatment of steel/mushy A1-20Sn bonding plate was conducted under different relative reduction at room temperature. The effect of room-temperature rolling on interfacial mechanical property of bonding plate was studied. The results show that, for steel/mushy A1-20Sn bonding plate which consists of 1.2mm-thick 08A1 steel plate and 2.0mm-thick A1-20Sn layer, the relationship between interracial shear strength and relative reduction is S=70.1+5.48r-r2(S is interfaeiul shear strength, r is relative reduction). When the relative reduction is 2.74%, the largest interfaeiul shear strength 77.6 MPa can be obtained.

The pressing bonding of steel plate to QTi3.5 3.5graphite slurry was studied. The bonding conditions were 620℃ for preheating temperature of steel plate, 530℃ for preheating temperature of dies, 50 MPa for pressure and 2 min for pressing time. The relationship between the solid fraction of QTi3.5-3.5graphite slurry and the interracial mechanical property of bonding plate was obtained. The results show that when the solid fraction of QTi3.5-3.5graphite slurry is smaller than 45.8%, the interracial shear strength of bonding plate increases with the increasing of solid fraction. When the solid fraction is larger than 45.8%, the interracial shear strength decreases with the increasing of solid fraction. When the solid fraction is 45.8%, the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate 127 MPa can be got, and the interface is made up of Fe-Cu solid solution.

The bonding of steel plate to AI 7graphite slurry was conducted using casting rolling technique. The influence of diffusion time on interracial mechanical property and structure of bonding plate was studied. The results show that: under the condition of 510℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate and 32% of solid fraction of Al 7graphite slurry, the relationship between interracial shear strength S and diffusion time l is S=25.3+4.47l-0.133l2+0.001l3. When diffusion time is 22.5s, the largest interracial shear strength 69.9MPa is got, and the corresponding interface is made up of Fe Al compound and Fe Al solid solution alternatively and in a right proportion.

Fe-Al compound at the interface of steel-mushy AI 28Pb bonding plate was studied quantitatively. The relationship between ratio of Fe AI compound at interface and bonding parameters such as preheating temperature of steel plate, solid volurne fraction of Al-28Pb slurry and roiling speed, was established by artificial neural networks perfectly. The results show that when the bonding parameters are 546℃ for preheating temperature of steel plate, 43.5% for solid volume fraction of Al-28Pb slurry and 8.6mm/s for rolling speed, the reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound corresponding to the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate is obtained as 71.5%. This tea sonable ratio of Fe-Al compound is a quantitative criterion of interracial emhrittlement, that is, when the ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface is larger than 71.5%, interracial embrittlement will occur.

The bonding of solid steel plate to liquid aluminum was studied by using rapid solidification. The rela tionship between the bonding parameters such as preheat temperature of steel plate, temperature of aluminum liquid and bonding time, and the interracial shear strength of bonding plate was established by artificial neural networks perfectly. This relationship was optimized with a genetic algorithm. The optimum bonding parameters are: 226℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate, 723℃ for temperature of aluminum liquid and 15.8 s for bonding time, and the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate is 71.6MPa.

The bonding of steel and mushy Al-28Pb alloy was studied. The rdationship model about preheat temperature of steel plate, solid fraction of mushy Al-28Pb alloy, rolling speed and interfacial shear strength of the bonding plate was established by artificial neural network perfectly. This model can be optimized by a genetic algorithm, and the optimum bonding parameters for the largest interfaeial shear strength are: 546℃ for preheat temperatttre of steel plate, 43.5% for solid fraction of mushy Al-28Pb alloy and 8.6mm/s for rolling speed, and the corresponding largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate is 70.3 MPa.

The slurry of A1-20Sn alloy was prepared using electromagnetie-meehanieul stirring method. The bonding of steel/mushy A1-20Sn was conducted using casting rolling technique. The bonding parameters were 505℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate and 10mm/s for rolling speed. The interracial mechanical property and structure of steal/mushy Al-20Sn bonding plate were studied. The results show that the relationship between solid fraction of A1-20Sn slurry and interracial shear strength of bonding plate is S=52.9+0.998φ-0.0144φ2 (where S is interracial shear strength, φ is solid fraction). The largest interracial shear strength is 70.2MPa when solid fraction is 34.6%. The interface of bonding plate is made up of Fe-Al compound and Fe-A1 solid solution alternatively.

QTi3.5 10graphite(mass fraction,%) slurry was prepared using electromagnetic mechanical stirring technology. The distribution of graphite particles in QTi3.5 10graphite slurry was studied using cold quenching method. The results show that solid fraction of QTi3.5 10graphite slurry increases with the decreasing stirring tern perature. There is a linear relationship between solid fraction and stirring temperature. With increasing solid frac tion, the rising of graphite particles in slurry is restricted gradually. When the solid fraction is larger than 42.5%, the rising of graphite particles in slurry can be controlled, and QTi3.5 10graphite slurry with uniform distribution of graphite particles can be prepared.

首次采用半固态加工方法对QTi3,5,3.5石墨复合材料进行了研究,得到了半固态浆料固相率与铸锭中石墨颗粒分布之间的关系,确定了获得石墨颗粒均匀分布的QTi3.5 3.5石墨复合材料的半固态加工技术条件。结果表明,随着半固态浆料固相率的增大,石墨颗粒的上浮偏聚程度逐渐减小,当采用固相率大于40%的半固态浆料进行铸造时,石墨颗粒的上浮偏聚现象得以消除,可获得石墨颗粒均匀分布的QTi3.5 3.5石墨复合材料。
