摘要

The rolling treatment of steel/mushy A1-20Sn bonding plate was conducted under different relative reduction at room temperature. The effect of room-temperature rolling on interfacial mechanical property of bonding plate was studied. The results show that, for steel/mushy A1-20Sn bonding plate which consists of 1.2mm-thick 08A1 steel plate and 2.0mm-thick A1-20Sn layer, the relationship between interracial shear strength and relative reduction is S=70.1+5.48r-r2(S is interfaeiul shear strength, r is relative reduction). When the relative reduction is 2.74%, the largest interfaeiul shear strength 77.6 MPa can be obtained.

摘要

The pressing bonding of steel plate to QTi3.5 3.5graphite slurry was studied. The bonding conditions were 620℃ for preheating temperature of steel plate, 530℃ for preheating temperature of dies, 50 MPa for pressure and 2 min for pressing time. The relationship between the solid fraction of QTi3.5-3.5graphite slurry and the interracial mechanical property of bonding plate was obtained. The results show that when the solid fraction of QTi3.5-3.5graphite slurry is smaller than 45.8%, the interracial shear strength of bonding plate increases with the increasing of solid fraction. When the solid fraction is larger than 45.8%, the interracial shear strength decreases with the increasing of solid fraction. When the solid fraction is 45.8%, the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate 127 MPa can be got, and the interface is made up of Fe-Cu solid solution.

摘要

The bonding of steel plate to AI 7graphite slurry was conducted using casting rolling technique. The influence of diffusion time on interracial mechanical property and structure of bonding plate was studied. The results show that: under the condition of 510℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate and 32% of solid fraction of Al 7graphite slurry, the relationship between interracial shear strength S and diffusion time l is S=25.3+4.47l-0.133l2+0.001l3. When diffusion time is 22.5s, the largest interracial shear strength 69.9MPa is got, and the corresponding interface is made up of Fe Al compound and Fe Al solid solution alternatively and in a right proportion.

Fe-Al compound at the interface of steel-mushy AI 28Pb bonding plate was studied quantitatively. The relationship between ratio of Fe AI compound at interface and bonding parameters such as preheating temperature of steel plate, solid volurne fraction of Al-28Pb slurry and roiling speed, was established by artificial neural networks perfectly. The results show that when the bonding parameters are 546℃ for preheating temperature of steel plate, 43.5% for solid volume fraction of Al-28Pb slurry and 8.6mm/s for rolling speed, the reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound corresponding to the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate is obtained as 71.5%. This tea sonable ratio of Fe-Al compound is a quantitative criterion of interracial emhrittlement, that is, when the ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface is larger than 71.5%, interracial embrittlement will occur.

摘要

The bonding of solid steel plate to liquid aluminum was studied by using rapid solidification. The rela tionship between the bonding parameters such as preheat temperature of steel plate, temperature of aluminum liquid and bonding time, and the interracial shear strength of bonding plate was established by artificial neural networks perfectly. This relationship was optimized with a genetic algorithm. The optimum bonding parameters are: 226℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate, 723℃ for temperature of aluminum liquid and 15.8 s for bonding time, and the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate is 71.6MPa.
