摘要

Durable antimicrobial acrilan fabrics were prepared by using cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) in a chemical finishing process. The CPC could form ionic interactions with anionic groups on acrilan fibers, which contribute to durable antimicrobial functions. Reaction conditions such as pH, temperature, and time of the chemical treatment affected exhaustion of CPC and antimicrobial properties. However, the pH conditions of the finishing bath also impacted mechanical properties and color of the fabrics, particularly under alkaline conditions. Although a more alkaline condition is preferred for durable antimicrobial functions, high pH reduces tensile strength and results in yellowing of acrilan fibers. The yellowing of the acrilan fibers is caused by the hydrolysis of acrylonitrle groups and induced formation of conjugated C N systems in the polymers. The conjugated systems were characterized by FTIR.

摘要

Durable antimicrobial properties could be achieved on acrilan fabrics by chemically incorporating biocidal quaternary ammonium salts such as cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) into the fibers. The chemical interactions between CPC and acrilan fibers were investigated through adsorption isotherm and exhaustion rates of CPC on the fabrics under various conditions. The equilibrium adsorption of CPC on the acrilan fabrics was in good agreement with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The study found that CPC concentration, pH value, and finishing temperature and time affected the adsorption process and antimicrobial properties of the acrilan fabrics.

摘要

A silicone-containing epoxide named as EPSIB was prepared for silk crease-resist finishing. The major influence parameters for the synthesis of EPSIB were discussed. These treatments are shown to improve significantly both dry and wet resiliencies of silk with a good laundering durability. The shrinkage of finished silk by EPSIB was also improved. Other properties such as breaking strength, abrasion resistance and moisture regain remain almost constant. The results obtained in this study indicated that EPSIB may be suitable for commercial exploitation for silk finishing.

摘要

分析了几种常见的试剂在聚氨酯预聚丘应中的催化活性。在此基础上眚重研完了三乙撑二胺在聚氨醋顸聚反应过程中的催牝机制,井莲过滴定分析和Dsc测试。得出三乙撑二脐之所烈能加快聚氨酯预囊丘应,是固为它能降低反应活化能的结果。
