介绍一种基于干涉解调技术的光纤光栅传感系统,用非平衡波长扫描迈克耳孙干涉仪将来自传感光栅的包含应变信息的波长信号变为相位信号。借助相位计显示的相位变化确定待测应变的大小。该传感系统具备分辨5.5的能力,其灵敏度的实验值为1.80°,与预期值1.83°基本吻合。

理论上对不同厚度的“凸”字形悬臂梁的调谐能力进行了分析, 实验中选用适当尺寸的悬臂梁, 对粘贴其上的光纤光栅的反射波长实现了线性调谐, 并观察到由于梁轴向应力的梯度分布造成的啁啾输出现象, 指出选用长度较短的光栅可以减小谱的展宽量。

Abstract-A wavelength-division-multiplexing technique for interrogating 10-cascaded fiber Bragg grating sensing elements based on a ring-compounded-cavity fiber laser is reported. A feedback control technique was introduced to a tunable Fabr-Perot filter that tracks the wavelength-shift of the sensor. The sensors were demodulated using an unbalanced scanning Michelson interferometer and a sensitivity of 1.682/has been demonstrated.

借助1×3光开关和可调F2P滤波器对充当环形腔激光器端镜的3×10空、波分复用光纤光栅传感器阵列进行查询,用非平衡Michelson扫描干涉仪将来自传感光栅的波长漂移信息变为相移信息实现解调,实验证实系统的应变传感灵敏度为116817 DegPμε,与理论值116843 DegPμε非常吻合。锁定来自某一光栅的信号,反馈装置保证系统具备自动追踪感测信号的能力。

Abstract-A novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) wavelength demodulation scheme based on a compound interference configuration is introduced. This scheme measures the strain-induced wavelength-shift of the FBG in terms of phase-shift signal. The sensing resolution and sensitivity were demonstrated to be 6.2 n and 1.59, respectively, which match the theoretical value of 1.61 very well.
