摘要

Test circuits for the signal detection and the function electrical stimulation (FES) of neurons have been designed, implemented at first by using discrete devices and characterized off-body. The detecting circuit consisting of three-stage operational amplifiers has a controllable gain up to 105, a -3 dB bandwidth of 30 kHz, and an equivalent input noise of about 9 nV/(开方Hz). The FES circuit consisting of two-stage operational amplifiers has a bandwidth of more than 10 kHz and a variable gain from 20 dB to 60 dB can provide a current of more than 1 mA to a load of 10 kΩ. They are intended to connect with both cuff-type and stag-type microelectrodes. Integrated circuits (IC) for the neural signal process have been designed with features of low voltage and low power. A more biocompatible composite has been synthesized to modify the silicon and related material.

摘要

Object: The aim of this study was to set up a SPR sensor and to investigate protein adsorption onto biomaterial surface using it. Methods: The adsorption of human albumin (Alb), fibrinogen (Fib) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) onto polyurethane (PU) H50-50 and Au surface were measured using this SPR sensor. Results: The results of protein adsorption showed that the amount of Alb, Fib and IgG adsorbed on PU (H50-50) are smaller than Au, and on these two material surfaces, the amount sequence of adsorbed protein is: IgG> Fib > Alb. Both the Alb/Fib ratio and Alb/IgG ratio on PU (H50-50) surface are higher than Au. Conclusion: The antithrombogenicity of PU (H50-50) is better than Au.

介绍了一种牙科材料细胞毒性评定的新方法—MTT试验法。该比色法以MTT四唑为基质,只测定体外存活的细胞数量,具有快速、简便、灵敏等优点。其指标客观且能定量分析,显示了与其他细胞毒性测定方法良好的相关性。作者依据自己的经验,强调了建立细胞生长代谢标准曲线的必要性。

摘要

The state-of-art of the pick-up, the process and the regeneration of central neural signals by means of microelectronic techniques are reviewed. The in-detail discussed topics include the electrodes for neural signal pick-up and for the function electrical stimulation (FES) of neurons, the integrated circuits (IC) for the neural signal process and for the FES-signal generation, the energy supply and the low-power design of the ICs, as well as the biocompatibility test and the micro operation of the whole system implanted in-body.
